Postpartum recovery made easy

I started yoga with Shivangi post my delivery and it has been a wonderful experience. She slowly builds the pace and gives us enough time to perfect the pose and feel the muscle groups that the particular asana is targeting. I highly recommend her classes for getting the desired flexibility and core strength. Virtual class and flexibility to choose from 2 times in a day also make it easier to stick to a routine.
