Drawing from my diverse teaching experiences at a country club and as an online coach with Torch Fitness USA, I bring a rich background to enrich your yoga journey. With clients spanning across the USA and Canada, I’ve had the privilege to support individuals overcoming various challenges, from tennis elbow and wrist injuries to aiding breast cancer recovery, alleviating depression, and addressing knee issues, scoliosis, spondylitis, and chronic back, neck, and shoulder discomfort. Our Philosophy: Balancing the Five Koshas through Yoga
In the yogic tradition, the human experience comprises five koshas, or sheaths, which envelop the soul. These layers—Annamaya (physical), Pranamaya (energetic), Manomaya (mental), Vijnanamaya (wisdom), and Anandamaya (bliss)—interact, shaping our overall well-being. Our name, derived from Sanskrit “Yoga” and “Kosha,” signifies our mission to provide a transformative platform.
